Regarding Round-2 online test for Round-1 shortlisted from 12th OCT 12:30 AM to 17th October 10:00 AM: This is with reference to Campus 2022 Hiring_ Tech Mahindra Round-2(for the shortlisted candidates)

We have come to the end of the 1^st round of online tests for the candidates. We congratulate all the selected ones. Detailed results of round 1 will be notified shortly.

Round 2 link has already been triggered and shared with the shortlisted candidates.

Please find the details below

Assessment will have 2 parts as mentioned below and the candidate will be getting two separate test links for the same.

1. Cognitive and Technical Tests – These tests will be conducted in a proctored mode. So, they need to have a WEBCAM-enabled laptop/PC. Duration will be 60 mins.
2. Psychometric test – This test will not be conducted in a proctored mode. So, can be taken on laptop/PC/Mobile Phone as per their convenience. Duration will be 25 minutes.

Kindly note both the Tests are Mandatory to become eligible for further process. Due to any reason if Both Tests are not completed then your candidature will not be taken ahead.

Test duration: 12th OCT 12:30 AM to 17th October 10:00 AM. The extension was done keeping in mind the festivities

Important test guidelines for the students  –

• BOTH the Tests are mandatory to be Eligible for Further Processing.
• Proctored tests will NOT be supported on Mobile Devices (Eg. Cellphone / Smartphones / Pads / Tablets). And, can only be taken on webcam enabled Laptop / PC
• Complete system compatibility test (Process shared in Test Invitation mail from [email protected] ) in advance before the online test
• You will be monitored via webcam while taking the test. So, please make sure that your webcam is connected and functional
• Keep Govt photo ID (AADHAR card, Passport, or Driving License) ready to confirm your identity before the start of the test
• Your image and movement would be captured periodically till the end of the test. If we observe that you are defocussed or away from your seat then your candidature would stand canceled.
• Navigation away from the test window will lead to termination of the test
• Forwarding this mail or sharing the test link with anyone else will lead to the cancellation of your candidature
• Candidates clearing the online test will only be contacted via Training and Placement Officer / concerned college or Univ authority for the further process

Regarding Round-1(Online Test): Online test link is extended till be Wednesday, 6th Oct up to 10 PM. The test link extension is done for the convenience of students.

The test link will be sent to the students directly for taking the virtual Online test from the Mettl system. They will receive the mail from [email protected].

 Test Details – Aptitude Test and English Essay (in proctoring mode)

Test Duration – 90 minutes

• Your image and movement would be captured periodically till the end of the test. If we observe that you are defocussed or away from your seat then your candidature would stand canceled.
• Navigation away from the test window will lead to the termination of the test.

Dear Students,

Glad to inform you that Tech Mahindra is kickstarting Campus Hiring for all eligible candidates passing out in 2022.

We are inviting registrations from all eligible candidates.

Academic Eligibility –

• Qualifying courses – BE/B.Tech –  Comp Science / Comp Engineering / IT / E&C / E&TC / Telecom / Communication or MCA or M.Sc. (Computer / Comp Science / IT)

• The candidate should have passing out qualifying course in 2022 without any active backlog
• Should have scored min. of 60% in SCC/10^th, HSC/12^th /Diploma (in case done), and BE/B.Tech/MCA
• Not more than 1 year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no loss of academic year after joining a course.

Selection Process –

• Candidates meeting the academic eligibility will be invited for on-line Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story, Tech Test, Psychometric test, Technical and HR Interview with each of these acting as filter for next stage on selection process.
• All rounds will be conducted virtually.
• Test/Interview links will be shared with the eligible candidates directly through a mail.

Bond and Compensation –

On selection-

• Candidate will be on probation for 3 months with a CTC of INR 2.6 L /annum
• On completion of probation, candidate will be offered a CTC of INR 3.25 L/annum
• Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from date of joining the company

Note – During probation candidate will undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.

Work Place & Timings –

Candidate should be willing to work

• At any of the TechM Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country/globe
• In any projects including development, Application Support and Maintenance, Testing, Managed services etc.
• As per the company specified work timings including shift working
