Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Batch: 2024 passing out batch.

Cut Off Criteria: 60% through-out (10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation) without any active backlog.

Skills/Expectations: Good communication and must be fluent in Hindi and English along with the local language

Gender: Male and Female

Bond or security details or service agreement: 1 year service agreement.

UltraTech Cement Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
     

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Screening of candidates based on application/resume (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)

Step 03: Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude & English Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)

Step 04: Online Group Discussion & Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)

Step 05: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)

Step 06: Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 07: Final Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 10: On boarding.
