Dear Students,
NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive on behalf of UltraTech Cement Limited (Birla White), targeting select colleges in Odisha
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Batch: 2026 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: 60% through-out (10th, 12th, Graduation) without any active backlog.
Gender: Male candidates
Selection Process :-
UltraTech Cement Limited (Birla White) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)
Step 05: Group Discussion (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)
Step 06: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)
Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend the following process physically/F2F at company’s nearest Zonal office **
Step 07: HR & Final Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 10: On boarding.
** Note: Outstation candidates attending the HR & Final Interview will be reimbursed to & fro 3 Tier train tickets/bus fare on producing of the tickets during the interviews.
