Dear Students

Alok Industries Limited will be organizing the campus selection process for the below list of students on March 12, 2025. Kindly find below the details for the same.

Aptitude Test- 11:00 AM (2hours)

Personal Interview Rounds- 3:30PM

Please note the following instructions for the Aptitude test.

  1. The test needs to be started at 10:30 AM sharp, post that the link will expire.
  2. The test should be taken in the college lab only under a proctored environment. Outside of the college lab it is not allowed.
  3. Use of calculators and mobile phones is strictly prohibited.
  4. Our representative will be there at college for monitoring & invigilate . If anything found wrong or any malpractice activities found in the lab the exam will be stopped on the spot and drive will be cancelled.

Kindly note the format of the aptitude test-

  • The test has 4 sections-
  1. Language Usage- 25 questions in 20 mins
  2. Verbal Reasoning- 30 questions 20 mins
  3. Abstract Reasoning- 30 questions 20 mins
  4. Numerical Ability- 30 questions 20 mins

Designation As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Alok Industries Limited, you will undergo structured training across multiple departments within the manufacturing ecosystem. This role offers hands-on learning in Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Procurement, developing technical and managerial capabilities.

Must have scored at least 60% throughout Academics (10th/12th/ Diploma/Graduation)

Job Location Silvassa (UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli) and Vapi (Gujarat)
Salary Package
  1. Fixed Pay per annum – Rs.4.0 Lac (Rs. Four Lacs).
  2. Retention Allowance:  After 1 year of continuous service – Rs. 1.0 Lac in Lumpsum (Rs. One Lac lumpsum).
Service Agreement 1 year trainee period post that employment will be regularized subject to performance at meets expectation level.

Key responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various textile manufacturing processes, including spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
  • Monitor production efficiency, analyze process data, and suggest improvements for better productivity.
  • Support troubleshooting of machinery and ensure smooth operations in the production line.
  • Conduct quality checks, inspections, and audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to waste reduction and cost optimization.
  • Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and utility equipment.
  • Gain exposure to raw material sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.
  • Learn about inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics planning.
  • Support the product development team in trials of new textile materials and process innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental policies, and workplace safety standards.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency projects, and process optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
