Role: Business Development Engineer Trainee
Qualification: B.Tech – Civil(2025 & 2024)
Offered CTC: 4.5 LPA
Job Description:
- Handling the Sales Promotional Activities in the assigned territory
- Conduct premium product demos at site
- Maintain cordial relations with influencers and, end customers to get repeat orders thereby maximizing sales and focus on long-term retention
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
- New enrollments of influencers & activation
- Brand Promotional Activities and conduct BD Meets for Engineer, Architect, Contractor, Masons, and IHB
- Complaint Management – 100% compliance to TAT and ensure site retention
- Timely Reporting for result-oriented analysis
Eligible students:
- Students who have completed their examinations and are awaiting their results.
- Candidates should not have mobility issues or location constraint across Odisha.
