Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (Optional | Virtual Mode | To be conducted by company officials)

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test – Stream Wise (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)

Step 04: Group Discussion/Verbal Communication & Interaction Round (To be conducted by Company officials & NextGen Ventures | Virtual Mode | Optional Elimination Round)

Step 05: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual Mode | Elimination round)

Step 06: HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual Mode | Elimination round)

Step 07: Final Interview/Interaction Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual Mode | Elimination round)

Step 08: Declaration of final selected candidates list

Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
