With respect to the “Joint Campus Drive “ by & for “Sanmina Corporation” for the 2021 passing out batch B.E./B.Tech (CSE,IT,ECE,EEE,EE,MECH), please find the schedule of the Recruitment Drive as mentioned below along with the list of the Eligible Candidates:

Sanmina Corporation will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies:

• Preliminary Screening – Online Test (To be conducted by the Recruiting Company Officials | Elimination Round)

Day 01: 8th September 2021 (Wednesday)
Venue: Respective Location
Time: 2 pm
Duration: 1 hour
Candidates need to be seated by 1:30 pm
Candidates will receive an email with the Test Link and other details from MertTrac Services Pvt Ltd on 8th September 2021

System requirement to take up the Computer Based Test:

• The test-taking machine must be enabled with sound & webcam drivers in working condition
• Please ensure Seamless internet connectivity
• Preferred browser, Chrome & Mozilla Firefox.
• Candidates need to that that the test is taken in a room with proper lighting with minimal background noise
• Candidates need to ensure that while capturing photos, there are no objects/obstacles behind

Do’s and Don’ts for Home-based Examination:

The delivery system monitors test conduct using webcam, Mic, and screen share. The test taker is mandated to follow guidelines as mentioned below:

• The webcam must be installed strictly in front of the face, and it is not allowed to install the camera from the side.
• The face must be fully framed, and no partial or complete exit from the camera’s field of view is permitted.
• The face should be in the centre of the webcam’s field of view during the entire session.
• Candidate face should be evenly lit, there should not be a light source behind the candidate face.
• Hair, clothing, hands, or anything else should not cover the face area.
• Sunglasses not to be worn during the test. Only transparent lenses are allowed.
• There should not be any other people in the room.
• It is prohibited to leave the workplace during the examination.
• There should not be voices or noise in the background during the test.
• The exam must be taken in a browser with a full screen window. Candidates cannot switch to other applications (including another Browsers/Browser-Tab) or minimize the browser.
• All programs e.g. skype, zoom etc. or applications like MS Teams etc. that use the webcam, mic & screen share should not be used during the test.
• The materials and contents of the examination should not be recorded in any way.
• Do not use unfair means during examinations like mobile, other app support, using google etc. It can result in disqualification.
