Virtual Campus Drive | Hiring for the position of Associate Software Engineer” by & for “Nomura Research Institute Financial Technologies India Private Limited (NRI FinTech)” for the 2022 passing out batch B.E / B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE) & MCA
Position: Associate Software Engineer.
Job Type: The hiring is for full time positions. However, selected candidates need to undergo Internship followed by PPO on successful completion of the same.
Job Location: Kolkata (As of now it will be WFH till further notice)
CTC/Offer for selected candidates:
INR 5.5 lacs CTC + 50K as performance bonus per annum.
INR 3.00 lacs Retention Bonus to be paid over a period of 3 years based on performance criteria.
Other benefits like Medical Insurance for the employee and immediate family members, Accident policy for the Employee, Free transport, Subsidized lunch & others as per the company’s policy.
All selected candidates who will be offered by NRI Fintech will go through the Internship Program from January 2021 onwards. During the Internship, the monthly stipend will be 15K per month.
Tentative duration of the Internship period – 6 months.
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CSE, IT & ECE) & MCA
Batch: 2022 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria:
70% & above in 10th & 12th standard. |B.Tech / MCA – 7.00
Academic Gap – 1-year gap is allowed (No Extended Study). No Backlogs till date.
Required Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in any programming language preferably in Java, Database structure, OOPS.
Desired personal traits: Problem Solving & analytical skills, Excellent communication skills, Good interpersonal skills.

Joining: Post-completion of the course tentatively by July/Aug’22. However, the selected candidates will be inducted as interns from the month of Jan’22. The main purpose of the internship is to make candidates well acquainted with the work culture of the organization.
