| Process of Internship Training Program at MMH: | 1) This Program is for the students who want to boost their career in Planning and designing.
2) This Program will be of 3 Months, in which he/she will be trained through Theoretical and Practical knowledge. 3) Students at least needs to complete 3 months of internship program. If they leave without completing the tenure, will not be eligible to get any certification. 4) After completing the program, they have to undergone with an assessment test. Those who successfully cleared the cut off will get the chance to get the permanent employment at MMH as per the decision by the management. The Pay would be depending on their performance only. 5) In case any students does not qualify in the assessment, will get the certification from MMH.

Students must have possess following things:
– He or she must be from Architecture/Civil Department – He or she must have good command on AutoCAD/ 3dsmax/ Staadpro ( any one) – Must have their own Laptop.

| Job Description after getting Employment: | Day to day responsibilities might include:
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. • Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects. • Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers. • Specifying the requirements for the project. • Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction. • Playing a part in project and team management. • Consult with clients to determine their requirements. • Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions. • Aligns team goals with those of the company vision. has to maintain an attitude towards clients. |
