Responded to internship Survey

This field indicates whether the selects had responded to the internship Survey which was sent to them as part of the LOI mailer

Selects who accepted/ rejected internship offer

This field indicates whether the student has accepted the internship offer

Yes –indicates they have accepted the internship offer (please note that we would roll out an internship to all candidates who have accepted the internship offer

NA– Selects who did not respond to the internship survey or did not accept internship offers. They will be considered for CSD ( Continuous Self Development Program)

Mandatory: These are Gen C Next selects for whom internship is mandatory

Onboarding Status

Joined: Already onboarded to internship

Yet to be Onboarded: Onboarding dates are being finalized

Yet to be Planned: Onboarding dates yet to be planned

Declined: Those who have declined internship offers after initially opting for them. They will be moved to CSD workflow

No show for onboarding call: Did not join internship on their joining date, will be considered for future onboarding date

Request received for reschedule: Request received for postponing the joining date, new joining dates to be planned.

The process of receiving applications for all the categories of hiring (GenC Next, GenC Elevate, GenC Pro and GenC) and the nominations for the same are closed now.

The eligible students will be a part of the Technical or Aptitude assessments based on the screening and registration process which is scheduled to be held as below
