Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online along with their updated resume with photograph at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical Test (Optional process, to be conducted by NextGen Ventures depending on the total number of application received | Elimination Round)

Step 03: Telephonic Round  (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)

Step 04: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)

Step 05: HR Interview/ MD Interview  (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)

Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
