· Briefing about the residential project to customers.
· Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and active participation in expos.
· Act as an intermediary in negotiations
· Meet monthly sales targets.
· Handle direct sales, generating referral leads and also generating leads from channel partner
· Maintaining self day-to-day reports.
· Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
· Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
· Track consumer behavior and explore the market trend
· Measuring performance of online and offline campaigns.
· Analyze sales funnel and track campaign
· Support in optimizing website and campaign promotions
· Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
