ITC Labs is currently looking for B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech Biotechnology/Microbiology for the Testing profile , and also MBA students for Business Development Roles of our ITC Labs Panchkula.

 

About:

ITC Labs is one of the best labs in north India founded in 1988 (33 years old). One of the largest third-party testing and consulting laboratories in India First NABL Lab in the region. Spread over an area 30,000 sq ft at Panchkula. We have siIndias in India in the name of Itc is 2 & in the name of  Qualitek Labs  4. Qualitek Labs Bhubaneswar  was founded in 2018 as one of the Largest NABL-certified labs in Odisha. 15,000 Sq ft area. The lab is situated at Mancheswar industrial estate, Bhubaneswar, Also we have an auto testing lab at Pune it is of 30,000 sq ft lab,  also we are in Noida  Qualitek Life science  20,000 Sq ft.  Second lab as a center of excellence at Chennai with 20,000 sq ft area. Additional Satellite labs at Jammu and Raipur with 5,000 sq ft each for Air & Water testing.

We are expanding across India and currently, we are looking for freshers to join us for our Bhubaneswar, Panchkula, Chennai, Pune, and Noida office. Selected candidates will learn analytical techniques (Chemical and Instrumental) to analyze different commodities e.g., Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food, Herbal, Pollutants, etc. in accordance with current National and International regulations.

Objectives of Business Development Role: (For MBA)

• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
• Develop strategies and positions by analysing integration
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
• Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
• Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
• Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Successful in B2B sales and negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources

 

Objectives of Testing Role: (For Biotechnology)

Chemists conduct research and analysis in support of industrial operations, product and process development, quality control, environmental control, medical diagnosis and treatment, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and other applications. They also conduct theoretical, experimental, and applied research into basic chemical and biochemical processes to create or synthesize new products and processes. They are employed in research, development, and quality control laboratories; chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical; mineral, metal, and pulp and paper Labs.

Job duties

• This group performs some or all of the following duties:
• Analyze, synthesize, purify, modify and characterize chemical or biochemical compounds
• Develop and conduct programs of analysis to ensure quality control of raw materials, chemical intermediates or final products
• Conduct programs of sample and data collection and analysis to identify and quantify environmental toxicants
• Conduct research to develop new chemical formulations and processes and devise new technical applications of industrial chemicals and compounds
• Conduct research to discover, develop, refine and evaluate new products such as those used in nanomedicine, nanoelectronics and other applications of chemistry
• Conduct fundamental and applied research into the synthesis and properties of chemical compounds and the mechanisms of chemical reactions
• Investigate chemical aspects of the mechanisms of drug action, the diagnosis and treatment of disease, organ function and the assessment of health
• Participate in interdisciplinary research and development projects working with chemical engineers, biologists, microbiologists, agronomists, geologists or other professionals
• Act as a technical consultant in a particular field of expertise
• May participate in the commercialization of new products
• May supervise other chemists and chemical technicians and technologists.

 

CTC Details: 3 LPA for one year for Business Development Roles & 2 LPA for testing Roles

 

If the employee travels for the company’s work then we will provide the TA & DA as per the policy. The next Promotion is after 1 year depending upon their performance.
