Please be informed that Jindal Steel & Power(JSPL) will be hiring B.Tech(Mech,EE,EEE,ETC) 60% throughout 2021 YOP. Interested candidates must register on or before 3rd April 2021

Brief about the selection process & eligibility criteria –

Eligibility criteria for appearing in the test is 60% throughout (10th, 12th & B.E/ B.Tech) with no active backlogs.

Section Process(to be held shortly) will involve an initial screening test that shall have Aptitude Based (Quantitative, Reasoning & English) & Technical (B.E/ B.Tech Domain Specific) Questions followed by Interview (Technical & HR Rounds).

GETs shall be placed as Trainee for the period of 1 year & shall be confirmed as Assistant Manager upon successful completion of Training Period. Location can be anywhere in India, majorly in Chhattisgarh, Odisha & Jharkhand.

Compensation- CTC of INR 6 LPA plus other Benefits. Additionally, a Retention Bonus of INR 3,00,000 shall be paid to the employee upon successful completion of 3 years with the organization. In case, the employee leaves within this period the said amount shall be recovered on a pro-rata basis.
