Job Location– Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Kolkata & Bangalore – (No Work From Home)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday will be mandatory working days)

This is a hybrid model of field and inside sales.

Job Role: This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented and high-performance environment. Your role will start by contacting potential customers (parents) to set up meetings at their home. During these meetings, you shall counsel the parents on Orchids International Schools’ journey and the learning pedagogies used. This model will give you an opportunity to learn and showcase your direct sales skills. We are looking for go-getters, with an aspiration to make their career in sales.

Must have:

Any Graduation degree

Willingness to build a career in the sales domain

Good to have:

Excellent Communication Skills

Good Negotiation skills

High energy and enthusiasm

Prior experience in sales and business development is an add-on
