PFB the details of the ThoughtWorks Train and Hire program (exclusively for women candidates),
- Full-time CTC: 8+ LPA (on successfully completing the training and internship)
- Students from any degree/stream – with 60% marks throughout 10th, 12th, UG/PG, knowledge in one of the programming languages: C++/Java/Python
- Training Duration: 8- 12 weeks (6-8 hours per day – Monday to Friday)
- A stipend of INR 22.5K per month will be paid during the training program and internship
- Location: Remote – the student can undergo the training program from the comfort of your home
- The training program is completely sponsored by Thoughtworks. All the students need is a functional laptop and a good internet connection.
Once the student clears the interview process, they will receive an LOI from Thoughtworks. After successful completion of the program, the candidate will undergo a three-month internship at Thoughtworks with a stipend of INR 22,500 per month.
After successful completion of the internship, the student will get an FT offer at Thoughtworks with a CTC of INR 8+ LPA.
