We are offering a quality digital marketing services and development services which includes Search Engine  Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing(SMO), Pay Per Click Marketing(PPC), Website Design & Development and Application Development which includes desktop, web based and mobile. Also we deal with Microsoft Products.
 
Designation: Business Development Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Timing : 10:00AM To 7:30PM
Probationary Period (3 Months):  INR 10,000.00 – Salary (As per market standards) will be decided on the basis of the performance post probationary period.
Skill Required :
1. Good English Communication and Writing Skills.
2. Final Year Students Or Pass-out Students.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Sales and Marketing.
5. Minimum Qualification : BBA/MBA Marketing
Job Description:
1. New Business Development.
2. Prospecting, qualifying potential clients.
3. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
4. Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
5. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
6. Research and build relationships with new clients.
7. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s concern person/team.
8. Plan approaches and pitches.
9. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
10. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
11. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
12. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
13. Client Retention.
15. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
16. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
17. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
18. Business Development Planning.
19. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
20. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
21. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
22. Management and Research.
23. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
24. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
25. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
26. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
27. Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
29. Understand the company’s goal and purpose.
