NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Joint Recruitment Drive” by & for “Windmöller & Hölscher India (WHI)” for the 2022 passing out batch MALE candidates from B.E./B.Tech (Electrical – EE & EEE)
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Windmöller & Hölscher India (WHI) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER INDIA PVT. LTD. | Elimination Round)
AI based online assessment where candidate has to give 2.5 hours exam on core programming related questions and aptitude questions 100 questions each. There will be continuous recording during the exam therefore it is must for candidate to have camera access on the notebook/computer he is appearing exam on.
Students short-listed in online assessment exam shall be planned for interview
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F)
Step 04: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)
Step 05: HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 08: On boarding.
