NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating an Internship Recruitment Drive (Online Mode) for Amara Raja Group for 2021 passed out & 2022 passing out batch B.Tech
Eligible streams: Mechanical, Automobile, EE, EEE, ECE, Power Electronics.
We may absorb them into Graduate Engineer Trainees basis an assessment at the end of the internship subjective to the talent requirement.
Recruitment Drive Dates: Will be notified in due time
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Amara Raja Group will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the interns as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct an online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional process)
Step 03: HR & Technical interview (To be conducted by company officials through any virtual communication mode | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list for internship.
Step 05: Onboarding. Appointment letter will be issued within a week after reporting to duties.
