As a Health & Care Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to groom you for progressively responsible roles within our organization. You will begin your journey as a Territory Product Incharge (TPI), followed by advancement to Cluster Product Manager (CPM), then to Area Product Manager (APM), and finally, to the role of Zonal Product Manager (ZPM). Position Overview:

As a Territory Product Incharge (TPI), you will play a vital role in managing secondary sales to chemists within the assigned territories. This dynamic position involves a combination of comprehensive training on marketing & sales methodologies and hands-on fieldwork. Your responsibilities include daily visits to chemists, order placement with assigned distributors, relationship management with distributors, and active promotion of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Sales Methodology Training:

  • Participate in comprehensive training sessions to learn and understand the company’s marketing & sales methodologies.
  • Acquire knowledge on effective marketing & sales techniques, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies.

2.       Fieldwork:

  • Engage in hands-on fieldwork to implement and apply the learned marketing & sales methodologies.

3.       Order Placement and Distribution:

  • Place product orders with assigned distributors, ensuring seamless order execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with distributors to optimize distribution processes and enhance efficiency.

4.       Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Address distributor concerns promptly and work collaboratively to overcome challenges.

5.       New Product Launch:

  • Play a pivotal role in the launch and promotion of new products in the assigned territories.
  • Conduct training sessions for chemists and distributors on new product features and marketing strategies.

6.        Marketing Targets:

  • Collaborate with distributors to meet and exceed set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales & marketing performance and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.

7.       Retail Base Enhancement:

  • Identify and on board new chemists and retailers to enhance the retail base in the territory.
  • Implement effective market penetration strategies.

Cluster Product Manager (CPM) – 6 to 18 months:

  • Drive primary sales through serviceable and non-serviceable distributors.
  • Lead secondary sales efforts through a team of TMIs and distributors in the cluster.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for effective market coverage.

On promotion Package would be revised to 7lpa Followed by APM & ZPM journey.
