WILP is a unique learning integrated program which offers BCA and B.Sc. students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.
Qualification
- BCA & B.Sc. – eligible streams: B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics & Physics
- Year of passing – 2021 & 2022 only

Stipend (per month)
· Year 1: INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + joining bonus of 75K · Year 2: INR 17,000 + 533 (ESI) · Year 3: INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI) · Year 4: INR 23,000 Merge Bonuses for the first 3 years post completion of the M.Tech degree. Post the completion of the program, designation will be Senior Project Engineer and compensation will range from INR 6,00,000 pa onwards depending on performance.

Service Agreement
Agreement period is 60 months from the joining date. The candidate will be liable to pay a sum of 75,000 INR on pro rata basis if he/she leaves the organization before 60 months for breaching the service agreement.
