Selection Process :
X-Byte Enterprise Solutions (XByte Technolabs Private Limited) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Note: Based on desired educational background, skill set & interest level, candidates can apply for any one position only.
Step 02: Application/Resume level screening based on based on their CV’s, application inputs etc (Optional Elimination Round)
Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical/Domain Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend further company process as mentioned below:

For Junior Developer: Online Written Test shall be taken with 30 MCQs. (Need to score above 50% to go for the next round | Elimination Round) + Practical Round on Python that is a basic one (Elimination Round)

For Associate Project Coordinator + Junior Business Development Executive: Written Test.
Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend further company process as mentioned below:
Step 05: Online Technical / Personal Interview Round (Elimination Round)
Step 06: HR & Final Interview Rounds (Elimination round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
