Key Skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare vertical business processes
- Healthcare Providers (Hospitals, Clinics etc.)
- Payers/Insurance Companies – Health insurance plans, basics of underwriting etc.
- Knowledge of Medical Diagnosis Code (ICD 9/10, SNOMED etc.)
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy (Windows based Systems, Use of MS Office software- Excel, Word, PPT., PDF readers etc.)
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the client requirements and configure basic software configuration items (e.g., documents, assessments, and notes) across multiple modules and lines of business.
- Review existing configurations and associated documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with QA teams and internal configuration teams for effective deliverable.
- Provide support for defect mediation and testing configurations.
- Support Peer to Peer configuration evaluation.
- Participate in configuration kick-off meetings and other status/check-point meetings.
Education:
- Master’s in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or similar streams
- B Pharma, M Pharma
