We are pleased to announce that the Zifo Round 1 Online Assessment is scheduled for 13-Mar-2025 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM. Students can take the mock assessment on 07-Mar-2025 at 10:30 AM, as confirmed from your end.

We expect the students to take both Mock and Actual assessment in college campus with placement coordinator/staff invigilation.

 The CoCubes assessment platform has video proctoring feature as well.

• Hence the computers provided to candidates are expected to have webcam as a mandatory requirement.

• If not, students are expected to bring their laptops (with integrated webcam) and connect to college Wi-Fi for better connectivity.

• As last option, if students do not have laptops, they can use cell phones for the assessment and take the assessments in campus. (However, we do not encourage taking the assessment on mobile devices   as the system is designed for better effectiveness and minimal errors when taken on laptops.)

Google chrome for android devices or Microsoft operating systems. For apple systems, use safari browser.

For Round 1 Aptitude Assessment

✓ Supported Devices – Desktop, Laptop , Cell phone
✓ Operating System – Window 7 or above, Android 5 and above
✓ Browsers – Google Chrome (latest version)
✓ Disable Antivirus
✓ Ensure Time in the system is set as IST

✓ Web cam is mandatory

Assessment Instructions:

• The assessment contains Negative marking. Hence, the candidate must attempt only if they are very sure about the answer.
• Web cam/integrated cam in laptop/camera in cell phone is mandatory
• Candidate must make sure the settings are updated in their device as per ‘Candidate Assessment Guide’ pdf file attached.
• Gamified Assessment requires registered Email Id to start the assessment. Pass Key is not required.
• Aptitude Assessment requires registered Email Id and a Passkey which will be provided by Zifo to placement coordinator before ten minutes to the assessment. Please note this passkey is different from Zifo Quotient login password.
• Placement coordinator must share the passkey to the candidates.
• Technical issues will be addressed to candidates via placement coordinator only. In case of technical issues, students must reach out to placement coordinator in the hall.
• Both the assessments must be completed on time for completion of Round 1.
• Candidate can use Pen and Paper for solving problems. Calculator is not allowed

We would like to start Registration Process for the Campus Recruitment for the students graduating in 2025. 

Here are the steps for the candidates to register for the Zifo Campus drive in Zifo Quotient also called as ZQ.

 Step 1 – Registration: 

• Click on this URL to access the ZQ-Public Announcements page :  https://zq.zifornd.com/ords/r/zifornd/zifoquotient

 The candidate can go to  button on the top left corner to register. 

 Note to Candidate before registration: 

• Read the instruction given in the top carefully.
• Duplicate registration is not allowed.  Communication about the recruitment schedule is sent to email Id and phone number given in the registration form. So verify your email Id before submitting.
• Candidates are advised to use their active personal email address (Gmail/Yahoo/Outlook) for the registration process. College email addresses are not allowed for registration.
• Candidates must keep their passport size photo, Resume (PDF)  and College Id card (Preferred size-10 kb and 350 kb. Accepted image format: JPEG/ JPG) handy before the registration.
• Only percentage is allowed. Do not enter scores in CGPA. Scores in CGPA will be rejected.

Step 2 – Registration Confirmation: 

• On successful registration, candidate will receive an automated acknowledgement email (Check Spam/junk folder too) with Login ID and Password
• After registration, Login by clicking the  option on top right corner to login to ZQ platform (Username and Password are as given in the registration form). To Edit- > Use ‘Go to Profile’

Step 3-Eligibility Confirmation: 

• Once the registration step is complete, we will shortlist the candidates to participate in the Zifo’s recruitment drive.
• Eligibility of the candidate will be confirmed through Placement Officer.
