NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of Rialto Enterprises Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha.

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.
Streams or branch: Mechanical, Electrical (EE & EEE), Electronics (ECE, ETC)
Batch: 2026 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: No criteria.
Age Limit: Age should be less than 25 years at the time of joining.
Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply
Rialto Enterprises Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process (To be conducted by recruiting company officials or NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates will have to attend further F2F/Physical Process at nearby pooled campus venue at a later date:
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F)
Step 04: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)
Step 05: HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 08: On boarding.
