Job Location : Silvassa, D&NH and Vadodara, Gujarat.
Position: Apprenticeship Trainee ( During 1 year of training)
Compensation : Stipend of Rs.19,500/- PM ,After Confirmation ( 3.5 – 4.5 LPA) and Free canteen facilities & transportation facilities.
Eligibility:
1) Production Department
B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical(Above 60% CGPA candidates are preferable)
Female candidates from Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Background & Male candidates with Mechanical / Chemical, Safety & Environment Engineering are preferred.
2) Commercial & Logistics Departments:
Candidates with MBA (Above 60% CGPA candidates are preferable)
Deployment will be at HR, Finance, Commercial & Logistics departments
Training Schedule:
Candidates will undergo structured training modules for 6 months with Mentorship & assessments along with another 6 months on-the-job training.
NB :
Although this is a compliance recruitment of the company for 12 months as GAT to satisfy the statutory requirement of the Indian Apprenticeship Act without any binding commitment to continue the engagement beyond 12 months, it is seen from the past records that after training the candidates for a long period of time,the company usually converts them to regular rolls because the candidates become valuable asset having worked within the company’s culture and the company would not like to lose them unless the candidates show that they are really useless.
