Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech from AICTE recognized institutes.
Stream or branch or specialization: Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 passing out batch
Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable
Gender: Male candidates.
Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks, understanding of GD&T, and strong analytical mindset.
Attributes: Leadership potential, excellent communication, and a “lean” mindset
Recruitment / Selection Process
Hindware Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.
Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Technical + Aptitude + Logical +Reasoning (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional | Elimination round.)
Step 04: Communication round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional | Elimination round.)
Shortlisted candidates from the above will have to attend the further process as mentioned below:
Step 05: Pen & paper test (in case of physical drive) / Online test (in case of virtual drive) (To be conducted by Hindware Limited | Virtual/F2F | Elimination round)
Step 06: Personal interview Round (To be conducted by Hindware Limited | Virtual/F2F | Elimination round)
Step 07: HR Round (To be conducted by Hindware Limited | Virtual/F2F | Elimination round)
Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
