Dear Students, 

The Aspire program is open to all the students who will graduate in the year 2026 in any stream. (Please note that students pursuing integrated degree courses, postgraduates, Law courses, etc. and part time are not eligible, only Full time courses).

The Aspire Program is a special training program offered to applicants who are assigned sales role in the Bank. Upon successfully completing the program, the applicants will be required to join at the assigned location of posting / work.

As outlined during the pre-placement talk and in the attached presentation, the eligibility criteria for applying to the Aspire program are follows:

• Graduates below 25 years of age
• Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in 10th and Graduation
• Willing to do sales
• Willing to relocate across India

Instructions for applicants

The selection process will be in-person and requirements for conducting the process are as follows:

1. Online Applications: We will open online application for students on our website on 26^th March, 2026. Please ensure that the students apply before the deadline. The steps to apply online are as follows:

Upon opening the application page (Link given at the bottom) Click on “Apply”. We will recommend that applicants use personal email id for registration rather than the email id provided by the college

• In case if the applicant had already applied in the past on our portal, they can log in using their existing mobile number and OTP. The applicants who already have an applicant ID, will have to submit the application after making necessary changes and then go to the declaration tab to submit the declaration which is a mandatory step
• If the candidate is applying for the first time, they should click on apply and submit the application along with declaration
• An Applicant ID will be allotted on successful submission of the application for first time users, applicants are requested to retain the applicant ID for future and mention the same in all the correspondences with us
• If any candidate is facing issue in applying on the link above, please share their existing applicant ID with us. If they are not aware of their applicant ID, please share their name, registered email ID and Date of Birth

2. Aptitude Test:On the completion of the application form, the eligible candidates will be assigned an aptitude test. The applicants shortlisted must attempt the test within the specified date mentioned above.
3. Questionnaire: Applicants who clear the test, and the questionnaire (mentioned in the application form), will be shortlisted for the interview round.
4. Personal Interviews: The list of shortlisted candidates for the personal interview will be shared with the placement coordinator.
