NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode)” by & for “Emmvee Group”

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.

Stream or branch or specialization: Electronics – ECE/ETC, Electrical – EE/EEE, Mechanical/Production streams are eligible if they are willing to work in Manufacturing Production in factory/shop floor set-up/environment.

Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passing out batch

Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable

Gender: Both Male and Female (Preferably Female).

Others: Should be above 18 years at the time of joining and physically fit, ready to relocate and ready to work in rotational shifts.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Emmvee Group will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round)

Step 03: Online Pre-recruitment briefing on company & job profile (To be conducted by recruiting company officials)

Step 04: Aptitude + Basic Technical Test – Related to Solar Energy/Photovoltaic Power and Electricals  (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 05: Technical Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 06: HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
