·         Handling of Customer queries and resolving them then and there itself.

·         Demo & Installation:

·         Provide Demonstration, Installation and Training to the Customers

·         Compare Features between different Models & Competitor options.

·         Sell AMCs

·         Loves Travelling and Travel Management. Should have travelled in his recent past assignments. Travelling of minimum 15 days per month is a must. Willingness to travel in short notice period.

·         Experience in Instrument Service – added advantage.

·         Knowledge Required

·         Knowledge in Calibration & Materials Science (Optional)

·         PC Knowledge both in Hardware & Operating System & Troubleshooting skills.

·         Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage.

·         Decent fluency in English. Any additional regional language is an added advantage.
