Eligibility Criteria

Academic Requirements:

•  Minimum 70% in Graduation – BE / B.Tech (CSE/IT Streams) or MCA
•  Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th Standards

 Graduating Year: 2026

 Backlogs: No current backlogs

 Education Gaps:

•  No gap between 10th and 12th
•  Maximum 1-year gap allowed between 12th and graduation

 Onboarding Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore / Chennai (Candidates needs to be flexible to any location of EPAM offices)

Compensation structure:

• As a Trainee:
  • Monthly Stipend: INR 27,500/-
    • INR 25,000/-
    • INR 2500 (food allowance)
• As a Full-Time Employee(FTE):
  • Total CTC INR.8,48,000/-
    • Fixed Gross: INR.8,00,000/-.
    • Customisable Insurance Coverage Benefit: INR.48,000/-

 

Online test will be on 23^rd January 2026 slot time will be shared on 21^st January evening 6 pm.

Test Coding Languages: Java and Python

As part of the hiring process, students who have been shortlisted after the online test will be required to appear at a designated nodal centre in Bhubaneswar. The complete details of the venue, date, and time will be shared shortly.
