Compensation Details:
- Training Period: A monthly stipend of ₹9,000 will be provided.
Training duration: 3 – 6 months - Post-Training Compensation:
- Digital Marketing & Business Development Executives: Annual CTC of ₹1,80,000 + Retention Pay of ₹60,000 per annum.
- Talent Success & Finance and Accounts Executives: Annual CTC of ₹1,68,000 + Retention Pay of ₹48,000 per annum.
