Recruitment/Selection Process:

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya Educational Group (Rankguru Technology Solutions Private Limited) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application/Resume level screening based on based on their CV’s, application inputs etc (Optional Elimination Round)

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude & English Language Test + Basic Communication Round. (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round)

Shortlisted candidates from above have to attend further process as mentioned below:

Step 04: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F or Online)

Step 05: Group Discussion / Communication Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F or Online | Elimination Round)

Step 06: R1 (Round I) – Interview Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F or Online | Elimination Round)

Step 07: R2 (Round 2) – Interview Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F or Online | Elimination Round)

Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
