NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online Mode) on behalf of Meditab Group of Companies, targeting select colleges in Odisha
Please find attached the detailed information about this Joint Recruitment Drive.
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.
Stream or branch or specialization:
- For PowerBuilder Developer, Dotnet Developer, Frontend (Angular) Developer, Quality Analyst, Support and Implementation Analyst, Business Analyst: CSE, IT & Allied Streams, Electronics – ECE/ETC.
- For Supply Chain Executive: Mechanical, ICT and EE/EEE.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 Passing Out Batch
Cut Off Criteria:
The average of 10th% & 12th% has to be the following:
- 85%+ — For Business Analyst
- 80%+ — For All Developer (Except PowerBuilder Developer)
- 75%+ — For Quality Analyst
- 70%+ — For PowerBuilder Developer, Support and Implementation Analyst and Supply Chain Executive
Lateral Entry Candidates (who have done Diploma before B.E. / B.Tech) are not allowed.
Students with any backlog are not allowed.

Meditab will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
- Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
- Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.
Based on the validated and approved applications, the recruiting company officials will follow the following process (Online/virtually):
- Initially a form will be shared with the students in the morning. Once the students submit their responses, we will provide them with the aptitude test link.
- Based on the test scores, some students may be eligible for a retest. The retest link will be shared only with those selected students.
- After the retest is completed, we will share the final list of students progressing to the next round.
- Students who clear the test will appear for a practical test or Practical Interview Round/s, HR Interviews, depending on their respective profiles
- Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
- Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
- On boarding.
