Dear Students,

NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of Poornam Info Vision Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha.

Educational Qualifications & Eligibility:   

Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or core CS-based specializations (e.g., Computer Science with AI, Computer Science with Data Science, Computer Science with Cybersecurity, etc.).

Academic Requirement: Minimum 70% (or 7.4 CGPA) in 10th, Plus Two, and Graduation.

Batch: 2026 passing out batch (for candidates who can join on successful completion of their course)

Recruitment / Selection Process

Poornam Info Vision Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:  

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online along with their updated resume & photograph at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Elimination round.

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Technical (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination round.)

Step 04: Preliminary Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination round.)

Shortlisted candidates from the above will have to attend the further F2F/Physical process at pooled/joint campus venue at a later date, as mentioned below: 

Step 05: Aptitude Test, Comprehension, Computer Aptitude, General Technical Awareness, Essay Test (To be conducted by Company Officials | Elimination Round)

Step 06: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)

Step 07: Group Discussion for shortlisted candidates from Step 02. (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Optional Elimination round)

Step 08: Technical & HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)

Step 09: Finalisation of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 10: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
