NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online + Offline Mode) on behalf of Nucleus Software Exports Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha.

Please find attached the detailed information about this Recruitment Drive.

Educational Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Assistant Software Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in CSE/IT & Allied Streams (Female candidates only).
• Junior Creative Design UI/UX: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Certification in UI/UX design or any relevant course (Male candidates only)

Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passed-out batch.

Cut Off Criteria:

• Assistant Software Engineer: CGPA:6.5 and above. Class X- 60%; Class XII- 60%.
• Junior Creative Design UI/UX: CGPA:6.0 and above. Class X- 60%; Class XII- 60%

Recruitment / Selection Process     

Nucleus Software Exports Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional Elimination Round, depending on the number of applicants.

Step 03: Technical Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Virtual)

Step 04: Technical Interview – 1  (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination Round | Virtual)

 

** Shortlisted candidates from Step 04, have to attend Step 5 & 6, F2F (physical process) at Nucleus Software Exports Limited’s HQ at Noida (at own arrangements):

Step 05: Technical Interview – 2 (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round) **

Step 06: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round) **

Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
