As per the instructions from the Oditek HR Team, only registered students who do not have any existing job offer are eligible to participate in the campus drive.
Students who already hold an offer with a higher CTC than INR 2.4 LPA (the package currently offered by Oditek) will not be permitted to participate in the drive.

OdiTek is currently hiring for full stack developers for Web Application Development (preferably on MEAN Stack and JS related tech stacks). Only those students who are passionate about building a career in web development are encouraged to apply.
Job Requirement:
- BE/B-TECH in IT /Computer Science/AI Engineering OR MCA
- Good Knowledge of software development life cycle, and hands-on coding skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Hardworking, quick learner & responsible.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in web development using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or Reactor Next.js is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Node.js and REST APIs.
- Exposure to SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of Git or version control systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies.
Program Details:
- Students who can join us full time as soon as selected are preferred.
- Trainees will be put on a learning curve for 6 months, on probation.
- Post the training period, depending on the performance, the trainee will then be put on a full-time permanent position.
- Interested students need to register for the Campus drive via Placement Office, students should be prepared for written and technical rounds.
Compensation Details:
- INR 2,40,000 per annum
- PF, ESI, Gratuity, as per company norms
