Please Note:
- During the 3 months of the training period: Rs. 5000/- PM stipend amount will be paid from the 2nd month onwards. First-month of training will be without any stipend.
- After successfully completing of probation period(6 months after the training period), if the candidate is able to become client billable then only he /she will become eligible for a hike otherwise he/she has to continue with the same salary up to the next year. i.e. within 1.44 LPA- 3LPA
- If the candidate is able to become billable within the probation period, then his/her hike will depend upon the client billing amount (up to 4.8 LPA)
