Our Criteria:

• BE/B.Tech graduates from 2023 (CSE, EIE, IT, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile, Automotive, Chemical, Metallurgical, Production, Manufacturing)
• Min CGPA – 7.0 or > 70% ; no outstanding arears.
• Role/Designation – Graduate Engineering Trainee
• Mode of Selection – Online assessment(Virtual)+Tech Interview+ HR interview (Campus Face to Face)
• Service Agreement- 3 Years
• Work location – Chennai
• Compensation & Benefits: 4.25 LPA(during 1 year training period) post training 4.75 LPA (2nd Year) + liable to annual appraisal (performance based)
