Educational Qualification: B.Tech (CS, IT, ECE, ETC, EEE) & MCA

Batch: 2023 passing out batch.

For B.E./B.Tech candidates in 10th & 12th – 75% & above, in B.Tech – 58% & above (all semesters) | Also 20,000 & below rank in JEE.

For MCA candidates in 10th & 12th – 75% & above, in Graduation/MCA – 58% & above | Also 5,000 & below rank in GATE.

Recruitment Drive Dates: Will be notified duly

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the Application/Registration link from Riktam Technology which they have to fill up. (Elimination round)

Step 02: Riktam Technology will screen the applications and publish a list of candidates who will be eligible to appear for further selection process. The list will be shared by NextGen Ventures with the institutes and candidates.

Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)

Step 04: 2 Rounds of Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 05: Coding Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 06: Interview Rounds (Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 09: On boarding.
