Designation: Business Development Associate (Work from Office). Students will also get the Major Project and certificate to submit in college.

• Building relationships with people and Identifying references through the existing learner base
• Keep abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices
• Understand the concerns, requirements, needs and effectively provide solutions to IT professionals to help in their career advancement.

Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation (excluding Bachelor of Arts)

Interview Process:

1. Group Discussion Round
2. Two Rounds of Personal Interview

 

Internship tenure: 6 Months (After the successful completion of your internship you will be converted as an FTE)

 

Compensation Structure:

Fixed Yearly Pay for first 6 months: 22,000 INR Fixed per month
Variable Yearly Pay: Performance Based Incentives up to 30,000 INR per month

After 6 Months of training:
Fixed Yearly Pay: 362,400 INR
Variable Yearly Pay: 3,62,600 INR (There is no cap on Variable Pay)

 

Total CTC: 7,25,000 INR (Candidates can earn up to 30,200 INR Fixed + 30,200 INR Performance Based Incentives)

 

Note: Selected candidates’ first month (30 days) salary will be dispersed along with their 4th month salary. Company will provide leaves only for Final Examinations not for Internals and No Preparatory Leaves.
