We at NeenOpal are looking to hire students for the position of Business Analysts and Senior Associate Consultant( MBA) for our growing team. This is a 6-month-long internship opportunity that would convert into a full-time PPO after completing the same. This is a work-from-home opportunity.

Internship Stipend For Business Analyst: 15000 – 20000. PPO (After 6 months internship) Business Analyst: 7.2 LPA

Internship Stipend For Senior Associate Consultant: 30000. PPO (After 6 months internship) Senior Associate Consultant MBA: 14.2 LPA

Our recruitment process

• The college sends across the list of interested students (resumes and other details)

• NeenOpal shortlists candidates based on their resume and overall academic marks (eligibility criteria  and above), and sends across tasks for the students to attempt.

• We review the task submissions and the basis that a further shortlist is done.

• Candidates then appear for the next 2-3 rounds of Technical and HR Interviews.

• The final offer is rolled out.
