Tech Mahindra(Phase-2 Hiring) would be sending the Campus Online test links for Round 1 to the registered & eligible students today. Online test link will be enabled on 16th February at 11 AM and will be valid till Sunday 20th February 2022 – 11 PM.
The test link will be sent to the students directly for taking the virtual Online test from the Mettl system. They will receive the mail from [email protected].
Test Details –
- Online assessment [Apti, English essay] (in proctoring mode)
- Test Duration – 90 minutes
Important test guidelines for the students –
- Test will be the PROCTORED one
- Students Keep Govt photo ID (AADHAR card, Passport, or Driving License) ready to confirm your identity before the start of the test
- Test will NOT be supported on Mobile Devices (Eg. Cellphone / Smartphones / Pads / Tablets).
- Test can only be taken on webcam enabled Laptop / PC
- Complete system compatibility test (Process shared in Test Invitation mail from [email protected] in advance before the on-line test.
- You will be monitored throughout the test via webcam. So, please make sure that your webcam is connected and functional.
- Your image and movement would be captured periodically till the end of test. If we observe that you are defocussed or away from your seat then your candidature would stand cancelled.
- Navigation away from the test window will lead to termination of the test.
- Forwarding this mail or sharing the test link with anyone else will lead to cancellation of your candidature.
- Candidates clearing the on-line test will only be contacted via Training and Placement Officer / concerned college or Univ authority for the further process

Academic Eligibility –
- Qualifying courses – B.Tech – Comp Science / Comp Engineering / IT / E&C / E&TC / Telecom / Communication or MCA or M.Sc. (Computer / Comp Science / IT)
- Candidate should have passing out qualifying course in 2022 without any active backlog
- Should have scored min. of 60% in SCC/10th, HSC/12th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B.Tech/MCA
- Not more than 1 year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no loss of academic year after joining a course.
- Candidate will not be considered eligible if they have entered wrong data while filling the eligibility form
- Wrong email id

Glad to inform you that we are launching Phase 2 of Campus Hiring for all eligible candidates passing out in 2022. We are inviting registrations from all eligible candidates who were not part of Phase 1
Academic Eligibility –
- Qualifying courses – BE/B.Tech – Comp Science / Comp Engineering / IT / E&C / E&TC / Telecom / Communication or MCA or M.Sc. (Computer / Comp Science / IT)
- The candidate should pass-out qualifying course in 2022 without any active backlog

Selection Process –
- Candidates meeting the academic eligibility will be invited for an online Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story, Tech Test, Psychometric test, Technical and HR Interview with each of these acting as a filter for next stage on the selection process.
- All rounds will be conducted virtually.
- Test/Interview links will be shared with the eligible candidates directly through the mail.
Bond and Compensation –
On selection-
- The candidate will be on probation for 6 months with a CTC of INR 2.6 L /annum
- On completion of probation, the candidate will be offered a CTC of INR 3.25 L/annum
- The candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from the date of joining the company
Note – During probation candidate will undergo unit-specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.
Work Place & Timings –
The candidate should be willing to work
- At any of the TechM Development Centre’s or Client Locations spread across the country/globe
- In any projects including development, Application Support, Maintenance, Testing, Managed services, etc.
- As per the company specified work timings including shift working
