HDFC AMC (HDFC ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY LTD) invites MBA 2022 YOP students to join our “Pathway Programme“.  Brief overview of the programme along with the presentation is appended for your reference.

Pathway Program:

Programme Details –

1. All selected students would undergo on-the-job training for one year.
2. It is mandatory to complete NISM V-A certification prior to joining.
3. Additionally, it is mandatory that the students complete:  NISM X-A, X-B and V-C within one year of joining
4. The selected students would be placed on the rolls of our staffing partner.
5. On successful completion of the aforementioned certifications, the deputee would be given an opportunity to be on the rolls of HDFC AMC, subject to performance based
assessment.
6. The cost incurred for completion of the said certifications will be reimbursed by the Company.

Profile Description –Role Offered:         Sales/ Client Services
Location:                PAN India
Remuneration:        3.2 LPA

Prerequisites – (minimum selection requirements)1. Full-Time Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) – MANDATORY
2. Secured at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in X, XII, Graduation and first year of Post Graduation.
3. Currently pursuing two year Full-Time Post Graduation
a. PGDM/MBA specializing in Finance and / or Marketing
b. M.Sc. in Maths or Statistics
c. M.A. in Economics
d. M.Com.
4. Possess a valid motor license and/or has access to a two-wheeler
