Store Manager

 

Store Manager would be in charge of the general operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly, meets compliance and meets any budget or sales goals

 

Key responsibilities shall include:

• Manage Revenue and Profitability/ business of the store
• Would head and run the entire operation for the store
• Display in the store
• Facility Management
• Customer Service/ Ensuring salesman takes care of the Customers
• Managing the Team/  workforce at store
• Statutory compliance for the store
• Marketing Activities at the store

 

 

➢ Coordinating with the District Managers, Supply Chain teams, finance team etc. on regular basis for smooth functioning of the store.

➢ Involve in the hiring of the staff and Training them.

Location:

➢ Position/Opportunity is for Pan India and can be posted in any part of the Country per the requirement.

Career Progression/Next Role

➢ After successful handling of the store and business operation, the next level you independently take care of around 10 stores as District Managers.

➢ Later followed by Regional/ Retail Manager.

Combination to earn fixed and variable income, increase the sales and earn higher incentive.
