- Sales Trainee (Field Marketing):
- Qualification: 2-year full-time MBA / PGDM (Marketing) from AICTE-approved institutions
- UG Background: Non-Engineering
- Eligibility: Minimum 60% throughout academics; no arrears
- Location: Field-based postings across Odisha
- CTC: ₹4.82 LPA during training; ₹6.75 LPA upon confirmation
- Training: 1-year On-the-Job Training (OJT), followed by confirmation as Sales Officer
- Engineer Trainee – Construction Chemicals Division (CCD):
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Chemical Engineering) – 2026 batch
- Eligibility: Minimum 60% throughout academics; no arrears
- Location: Field-based postings across Odisha
- CTC: ₹4.82 LPA during training; ₹6.75 LPA upon confirmation
- Training: 1-year On-the-Job Training (OJT), followed by confirmation as Engineer – CCD
