Details of the requirement and selection process are given below.

1. Position: Project Intern (05 nos)
2. Duration:  6 months, full time  (10am to 7pm)
3. Intern Stipend: Rs. 7,500/- (lump sum) per month
4. Pre-requisites:Final year students of MCA with 1st class career
5. Selection process: Academic performance + Aptitude Test + GD + PI
6. Joining: 7 days from the date of interview
7. Intern Responsibility:

• Develops GIS based software solutions.
• Learns new languages suitable for the software development scenario, methodologies, and platforms to meet the needs of the project.
• Implementation of test plan, and documentation of final product.
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• open for extensive travel & long duration stay @ client location

• Ability to learn a new technology/ concept in a short period
• Adaptability to new working environment
• Effectiveness in working with a team

Periodic evaluations shall be made to ascertain intern performance. The internship may be terminated if performance is found unsatisfactory.

8. Employment: Employment with SPARC will be considered, subject to successful completion of Internship and acceptance of the Terms of Services of SPARC. The annual CTC for the 1^st year (probation) shall be Rs.1.80 lakhs.
