- Training Period– Six months
- Salary package – Rs.3.5 lakhs per annum
- Job Descriptionincludes the following:-
1) Drive overall sales and growth at the unit level by meticulous planning and designing of schemes.
2) Strategize and drive the growth of core and focused products by identifying opportunities and analyzing trends and getting the plan implemented by the team.
3) Explore opportunities for gaining market share by analyzing data and trends to ensure sustainable sales potential.
4) Forecast the material demand in the market appropriately to ensure the availability of stock as per market demand integration.
5) To integrate with other verticals like Operations, Logistics, Technical Services, Procurement to enhance the business.
6) To work on the growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction, and opportunities.
3) Eligibility Criteria: 60 % and above throughout academics with no gaps.
4) Mode of Selection:

Psychometric Test of the selected/qualified candidates
Group Discussion
Personal Interview by HR/Zonal Head/ Sales Head
Final interview by Head–HR & BU Head for Selection.
5) Offer Letter & Selection: Once the candidate is selected, Offer Letter will be issued and his joining date will be after the course completion
Salary Package and other Benefits: Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum
