Please find attached the shortlisted students list (Shortlisted by Company) for the pool drive of Sanmina Tech Services  India (P) Ltd for 2025 YOP.

Date of drive:  22nd October 2024 (Tuesday)

Reporting Time: 8 AM Sharp

Venue: Auditorium, Campus-6, KIIT University Campus

This is to inform all shortlisted students in advance to ensure 100% participation.

Branch: CS (ALL) with 70 % in B.Tech till 6^th Semester without any backlogs is mandatory

Company has not considered the ETC & Mechanical branch as the recruitment profile is only for the IT division.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

2 sets updated Resume with two color passport size photographs

College ID cards

Photocopy of 10th, +2, Diploma marksheet & Certificates

Photocopy of B.Tech marksheets till 6th semester

Hiring Procedure:

PPT – 45 minutes

Online test:

• Online Objective Question Test (3 sessions of 20 minutes each, comprising 20 questions in each session – Maths, Logical Reasoning, English) – criteria / cutoff is 70% overall.
• Group Discussion (shortlisted from online Objective Test)
• Personal Assessment Questionnaire (shortlisted from Group Discussion)
• Technical Interview (shortlisted from Group Discussion)
• HR Interview and Certificate Verification
• Place of Work:MEPZ – SEZ, Tambaram in Chennai.
• Selected and offered students report to:STSIPL, MEPZ-SEZ for the full time internship from January 2025 till September / October 2025 (till submission of B.E / B Tech – Provisional Certificate)
• Permissions will be granted to the students to go to their respective colleges for the Exams, Tests, Projects and Viva – Voce. Such requests should be routed through their respective placement officer / principal / concerned authorities with the dates mentioned.
• Upon the successful completion of their Internship period (i.e) Effective September / October 2025, they will be enrolled under College Graduate Program (CGP) plan – 3 year career progression plan.
• Pay structure for the 3 years covered under College Graduate Program (CGP) plan;

1st Year Salary :  Starting Salary 3,75,000/- (Per Annum) –  Rs 4,75,000/- at the completion of 1st Year

2nd Year Salary :  Up to Rs 6,50,000/- (Per Annum) Performance Based – At the completion of 2nd Year

3rd Year Salary:  Up to Rs 7,75,000/- (Per Annum) Performance Based – At the completion of 3rd year (i.e) CGP Plan

• After the successful completion of the College Graduate Program (CGP) plan, they will be out of this program and covered under the normal salary increase plan.
