Guidelines for Students and Institutions for Placement Drive
1. Laptop Requirement
Students opting to use their laptops for the exam instead of the institution’s desktop must ensure their devices are in proper working condition.
It is mandatory to have either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome installed on the device.
2. Internet Connectivity
A stable and uninterrupted internet connection is essential. Students or the institution must resolve any connectivity or device-related issues in advance.
3. Resume Format
Resumes must be saved in PDF format and stored on the device for easy access during the placement process.
4. ID Card
All students must carry a valid ID card to the venue.
5. Student List
A detailed list of participating students’ names must be available at the venue, along with space for signatures.
6. Browser Restrictions
Students are strictly prohibited from opening new tabs during the exam. Accessing any unauthorized websites, including AI tools, will result in disqualification.
7. Placement Process
The placement process will be conducted in two phases:
a) Personality and Coding Exam – Scheduled for 29th December.
b) Interviews – The date and time will be communicated later.
8. Exam Details
The Personality Test will assess aptitude and behavioral traits.
The Coding Exam will consist of four sections, which must be attempted in chronological order.
The total duration of the exam is 1 hour, and all sections must be completed within this time.
New sections will open only after the previous ones are submitted. Students are advised not to spend excessive time on any single section.
9. Interview
The interview for shortlisted candidates (those who qualify in the personality and coding exams) will take place at the Spikewell office.
